Randstad are seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer on behalf of a leading client. Our client offers delivers industry-leading Facilities Management services.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our clients growing Facilities Management Team. This role involves maintaining and repairing a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as building services across multiple client locations in Belfast.
The Package- Competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum

- Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC, lighting, power systems, plumbing, and general building fabric.
- Carry out inspections, testing, and minor installations or modifications to systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshooting effectively to minimise downtime.
- Oversee subcontractor work for specialist repairs, ensuring quality and cost control.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and update asset registers as required.
- Electrical apprenticeship with Level 3 / City & Guilds technical and vocational qualifications.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- 18th Edition certification.
- City & Guilds 2391 qualification (Desirable).
- Legionella awareness training.
- IPAF certification.
- Experience with Computer Aided Facilities Management Systems (CAFM).
