Expleo are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Process Build Engineer for our well established client based in Essex on a contract basis. This position requires a high level of collaboration with the special vehicle development team and end users to develop proposals that meet their specific use case requirements. The role focuses on delivering industry-leading uptime and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

Manufacturing Process Development: Expertise in developing manufacturing processes for vehicle modifications, including body, paint, and electrical systems.
Facility Installation Knowledge: Understanding of facility installations necessary to deliver vehicle modifications across body, paint, and electrical systems.
Process Metrics Achievement: Proven ability to achieve process metrics such as JPH (Jobs Per Hour), CPU (Cost Per Unit), HPU (Hours Per Unit), and FTT (First Time Through) for added content elements.
Process Improvement: Skilled in identifying process improvements and training the operating team to implement revised processes.
Cost Savings Development: Experience in developing and reviewing cost-saving opportunities, providing technical justifications, preparing for projects, and implementing changes.
