Job Overview:

  • Location: South West London (Wimbledon)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning company processes, systems, and equipment.
  • Supporting project managers with sales and planning processes.
  • Assisting with equipment maintenance, testing, and preparation in the warehouse.
  • Supporting live event planning and coordination.
  • Driving vans as needed.
  • Assisting with on-site equipment installation and event delivery.
  • Operating technical equipment on live events after training.
  • Shadowing project managers on-site during live events.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Ideal for someone wanting to build a career in live event production.
  • Previous experience isn't required but knowledge of event lighting, audio, and video systems is ideal.
  • Organised, reliable, and motivated team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in office IT systems.
  • A clean driving license (must be 21 or older due to insurance).

Other Details:

  • Occasional weekend work (with time in lieu or overtime options).
