As an Engineering Production Coordinator, you will drive the production order process and maximise the availability of components for mechanical assembly and electrical build in line with target start times on the companys projects.
About the Role:
- Ensure the parts and necessary documentation are available for technicians to complete planned assembly work and follow the production order lifecycle to meet target deadlines.
- Issue complete production orders to the mechanical assembly Shopfloor or electrical manager to progress to assembly/machine build.
- Solve any queries or problems related to shortages and production orders.
About You:
- Experience working in a project environment in cross-functional project teams
- Engineering background/experience is necessary
- Understanding of planning and materials management/control
- Familiarity with computer-based manufacturing systems (ERP/MSP/MRP)
- Able to collaborate effectively with people across departments and shop floor staff
