I am looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join a local authority in Nottinghamshire area. The Repairs Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out general responsive repairs surveys to the councils non-domestic properties

Repairs Surveyor duties:

Be responsible for carrying out pre and post repairs inspections
Ensure contractors and suppliers are performing to specification and contractual terms
Specify, authorise, own and manage works to completion.

What is required for the Repairs Surveyor:

Experience working within the public sector
Knowledge of building maintenance, repair specifications
Ability to work with minimum supervision
