We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Manager to join our clients passionate team. As the Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the manufacturing operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

- Oversee all technical aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement robust quality assurance and control systems to maintain product excellence.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.

**Requirements:**
- Experience in a Technical Manager role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and auditing techniques, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Willingness to travel internationally to support and oversee operations in various locations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
