A global organisation working on the provision of innovative R&D services into research organisations within drug discovery is looking for a Laboratory Supervisor to join their team in Dublin.As a Laboratory Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of operations, leading a team of talented technicians. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, in full compliance with regulations and to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a diverse team of laboratory staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
  • Oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to safety protocols
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including GLP/GMP standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven people management experience in a contract laboratory testing setting (CRO experience preferred)
  • A degree in a scientific discipline, microbiology is preferred
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, techniques, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills
