Role Overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Account Manager for their Public Sector client portfolio. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality language services, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving new business opportunities within the public sector. The Senior Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to manage complex projects, navigate public sector procurement processes, and tailor language solutions to meet the specific needs of government agencies. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within client companies, conduct business reviews to ensure client satisfaction whilst upselling and cross-selling to clients.

Key Skills

2+ Years experience working within language services sales or a related industry.
Proven track record of achieving KPIs such as client satisfaction and revenue.
Full, clean driving license.
Degree in business, marketing, related field desirable
Happy to travel and attend industry events, conferences and client meetings
