Candidates should have relevant experience, with a salary of £12.00 per hour based on experience.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 08:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Assembly Technician

Assembly Technician - Job Role:
You will work on the production and assembly line at our manufacturing site in Haddenham. As part of a team of technicians, you will build, assemble, and pack various products that we manufacture; ensuring that customer requirements are met with product being built on time in full (OTIF). You will be expected to build products to high standards of accuracy and quality; always working in line with company quality and health & safety standards.

Assembly Technician - Responsibilities:

Complete tasks daily to maximise productivity
Be prepared and flexible to work on various lines (cells) within the production area
Ensure tools, work instructions and work environment are maintained to 6s quality standard
Provide continuous improvement ideas and suggestions to the business
Escalate any quality and safety issues to your manager
Take instructions from your manager and work together with colleagues from Engineering, Quality, Customer Service and Warehousing

Remuneration: £12,00 per hour depending on experience working
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00 am-16:30 pm, Friday: 08:00 am-13:00 pm
