We are currently working with a well-established, multi-site manufacturer who are also on a journey or culture change and growth, who are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the team. (4 on 4 o off days and nights).

You will be responsible for managing food safety, quality, health and safety and adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Leading and driving production and labour management, production plans, working closely with Warehouse, planning, engineering and supply chain.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills with a clear drive to succeed. You will need to have the following skills; project management, presentation, problem solving, manufacturing processes, quality standards and health and safety.
