This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced team of Management Surveyors who support an impressive range of corporate clients across the UK. The appointed Assistant Surveyor will support with the following duties:

  • Support the Portfolio Management Team with the delivery of day-to-day property management matters
  • Undertake, applications for consent, on behalf of an occupier client with limited supervision
  • Support the client in delivering Managed Exits, liaising with third parties (FM & Solicitors) with limited supervision with the internal Accounts Team on the payment of rents and service charges
  • Liaise with the Property Administration Team in respect of database changes and invoice authorisation
  • Work with landlords and third parties on minor issues and escalating to senior colleagues as appropriate
  • Provide regular communication to clients on the progress of key tasks
  • Record Minutes & Actions during monthly face-to-face client meetings
  • Provide support to the Estates Helpdesk in terms of lease interpretation and liaising with FM suppliers

Ideally with a background in Property Management, the successful candidate will possess:

  • Degree level qualification
  • Good MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work with changing priorities
  • The ability to learn new tasks/systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
