- Collaborate with the Mechanical Team and supervise contractors for maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on critical equipment to ensure operational reliability.
- Maintain a clean and well-organised engineering workspace.
- Drive and implement continuous improvement projects for equipment and processes.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures, perform root cause analyses, and propose repair solutions.
- Record maintenance activities and review using MAXIMO (site CMMS).
- Minimise equipment downtime with effective problem-solving and technical expertise.
- Support the engineering and operations teams in identifying and implementing process improvementsÂ
- M.A.M.F Craft Certificate (Mechanical Automation and Maintenance Fitting) or equivalent qualification (SOLAS certification preferred).
- Strong mechanical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with control systems and PLCs.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and technically adept with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale facility settings is advantageous.
