Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and driven Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our client, a leading specialist in the treatment of eating disorders, providing personalised, patient-focused care. Here, your contributions will make a real impact in the lives of young patients with eating disorders

Key responsibilities:

Provide sensitive care and treatment to young people and their families.
Ensure the voices of young people are heard in care plans.
Liaise with families for seamless patient care and support.
Participate in multidisciplinary decision-making and care planning.
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate environment.
Work as an associate/key-worker in delivering collaborative care.
Promote a partnership in care through advocacy and support.

Requirements:

Experience working with young people in a healthcare setting.
Experience in inpatient CAMHS nursing is desirable.
Experience working with patients with eating disorders is a plus.
A compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing care.
Ability to contribute effectively to multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
