Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Nurses to join the growing team at a large private hospital specialising in the treatment of mental health problems including eating disorders with various opportunities across both adult and CAMHS services, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering personalised care programs within a tranquil, supportive environment.

Multiple opportunities from RMN to Senior and Charge Nurses.

Key responsibilities:

Assess and monitor patient needs, developing collaborative care plans.
Develop and implement behavioural support plans for patients.
Administer medications and ensure patient safety and care standards.
Actively participate in a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
Inspire expert nursing care through best practices and individual approaches.
Lead and manage a nursing team while maintaining professional standards.
Ensure continuous professional development and training for self and team.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with valid NMC PIN.
Strong communicator and team player, able to prioritise tasks.
Proven leadership and clinical management experience (for senior roles)
Ability to deliver evidence-based, clinically effective treatments.
Experience or interest in working with Adults or CAMHS
Motivated to make a positive impact on patient care.
Passionate about professional development and patient-centered care.
