Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Nurses to join the growing team at a large private hospital specialising in the treatment of mental health problems including eating disorders with various opportunities across both adult and CAMHS services, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering personalised care programs within a tranquil, supportive environment.

Multiple opportunities from RMN to Senior and Charge Nurses.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor patient needs, developing collaborative care plans.
  • Develop and implement behavioural support plans for patients.
  • Administer medications and ensure patient safety and care standards.
  • Actively participate in a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
  • Inspire expert nursing care through best practices and individual approaches.
  • Lead and manage a nursing team while maintaining professional standards.
  • Ensure continuous professional development and training for self and team.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with valid NMC PIN.
  • Strong communicator and team player, able to prioritise tasks.
  • Proven leadership and clinical management experience (for senior roles)
  • Ability to deliver evidence-based, clinically effective treatments.
  • Experience or interest in working with Adults or CAMHS
  • Motivated to make a positive impact on patient care.
  • Passionate about professional development and patient-centered care.
