Your new companyHays is pleased to be working exclusively with a leader in their industry in Northern Ireland. This organisation is going through significant growth and now requires an HR Business Partner to join the team in this newly created role.Your new roleAs an HR Business Partner, you will partner with senior business leaders across the organisation to implement people initiatives and provide excellent support and coaching to all managers and employees.You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full HR lifestyle for the company
  • Manage the full recruitment and onboarding cycle in conjunction with line managers
  • Play a key role in promoting a positive workplace culture, employee wellbeing and employee engagement
  • Give advice and guidance on all people-related matters
  • Support managers with staff development and training programmes

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a human resources role where you have worked at both a strategic and operational level
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, NI legislation and regulations
  • Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • IT proficient
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with influence
