Hays is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a short-term temporary assignment with a Public Sector organization, starting on 26th November 2024.
The role requires previous experience in a similar position, particularly in managing complex employee relations matters.
Candidates must possess a strong knowledge of employment law, excellent interpersonal skills, and be CIPD qualified with a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, offering a salary of £18.81 per hour.
A driving license or access to transport for travel to multiple sites is also required.

This is a full-time position, and you will need to be available to start on 26th November 2024.Your new roleAs an HRBP, you will support with the delivery of business objectives by providing professional and timely HR solutions, advice and support, with a primary focus on the effective management of grievances, discipline, dignity at work and attendance management cases. What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a similar role
Previous experience in managing complex employee relations matters
Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
CIPD Qualified
Hold a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
Hold a driving licence or have access to transport that will allow you to travel to multiple sites as part of the role
