Trusts Officer

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to London office)

Salary: circa £36,000 per annum

Reports to: Trusts Manager

Term: Permanent

Aquilas are delighted to be supporting a national youth charity in their search for a new Trusts Fundraiser to join the charity’s successful and dedicated fundraising team.

About the role:

You will play a crucial role in identifying, cultivating, and securing funding from charitable trusts and foundations to support their vital work.

Key responsibilities:

Research and approach potential charitable trusts and foundations to secure funding.
Develop and submit compelling funding proposals and reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors.
Assist in the development of funding applications to statutory and multilateral sources

About you

We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience of trust fundraising with strong track record of securing five-figure gifts.
Ability to build and maintain relationships
