Our client is a leading provider of commercial heating and gas services, renowned for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team and help us continue delivering top-notch services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Maintenance: Install, service, and maintain commercial gas systems, including boilers, burners, and other heating appliances.
- Diagnostics & Repair: Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure all gas systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and health & safety guidelines.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, providing clear explanations of work carried out and recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
- Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner, including gas safety certificates.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualifications: Must hold current and valid Gas Safe registration with relevant commercial gas qualifications (e.g., CODNCO1, COCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer, with a strong track record in servicing, maintenance, and installation.
- Technical Skills: Excellent technical knowledge of commercial heating systems and gas appliances.
- Problem-Solving: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Driving License: Full UK driving license is essential.
