Job Title: Locum Ward-Based Pharmacist

Location: Various NHS Hospitals across the UK
Rate: £27 - £35 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Locum / Temporary

We are seeking talented pharmacists to join our team and work within NHS hospitals, providing vital care to patients in ward-based settings. • Provide clinical pharmacy services to inpatient wards, ensuring safe and effective use of medications.
• Conduct patient medication reviews and deliver expert pharmaceutical advice to medical and nursing staff.
• Assist with discharge planning, ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medication.
• Support antimicrobial stewardship initiatives and other clinical governance activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient treatment plans.

• Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council).
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a hospital setting (ward-based experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy and medicines management.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Competitive hourly rates of £27 - £37 per hour, depending on experience.
