About the Role:

We are looking for a Wealth Governance Associate to join a growing team and play a key role in supporting investment managers while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic wealth management business and develop your expertise in governance and oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular monitoring and governance reviews to assess compliance and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Support investment managers by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal frameworks.
  • Assist in preparing client service review communications with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain and distribute key management information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with investment teams and provide oversight support.
  • Prepare reports for internal committees and stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong understanding of investment management, regulatory obligations, and best practices.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience in financial services.
