What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting both planned and unplanned tool repairs Assisting in troubleshooting and fault-finding down to the component level Helping enhance and develop tools to keep things running smoothly Taking the lead on exciting improvement projects, whether solo or as part of a team Working hands-on with your mentor to investigate and solve hardware challenges Presenting your work and lessons learned like a pro in team meetings Using technical manuals, specs, schematics, and more to work your magic Communicating solutions clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing Thriving in a diverse team while juggling multiple tasks with ease Working independently and adjusting to changing priorities like a champ
What We're Looking For:
Progressing toward a Bachelor's Degree (NFQ Level 7 or 8) or holding a Level 6 Technical Qualification with relevant experience Sharp troubleshooting skills (Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving, 5-Why) A knack for First-Time Right repair methods Familiarity with preventative maintenance and Standard Work procedures Manufacturing Background
