Are you a Customer Success Director with over five years' experience in the Radiology space? If so, iO Associates have an exciting opportunity for you! We're partnered with an exciting start up who are making waves in the Radiology space. You will play a pivotal role in successful delivery of this companies diagnostic solutions to various healthcare providers, including the NHS.

Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for a subject matter expert in the radiology space who has experience successfully delivering implementation projects in the space. As the Customer Success Director, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategy of the company alongside the founder and ensure this aligns with clients objectives. You will take full ownership of the customer success strategy, giving you the chance to impact the growth of the company from day one! As the company continues to grow quickly, as will the team and the Customer Success Director role offers you the ability to shape your team as time progresses.

To be considered for the role you must match the following criteria closely:

  • 5+ years of Radiology project delivery experience
  • Subject matter expert in the space, ideally through public speaking or publications
  • Experienced in understanding data trends and taking a data led approach
  • Experience building and managing successful teams

*please note that this role will require regular travel to Ireland
