Production Process Manager
Location: Maidenhead | Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + 5-8% Bonus | Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package & flexible working arrangement

Our client, a leading manufacturing business, is seeking an experienced Production Process Manager to lead a critical production division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Production Manager skilled in planning and data analysis to join a well-established, highly skilled team.

About the Role:
As the Production Process Manager, you will oversee complex production processes and ensure efficiency, focusing on meeting operational targets and optimizing production. With a strong team already in place, this role requires someone who can continue the current trajectory without overhauling established processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing production plans to achieve on-time delivery and performance targets.
- Monitoring production data and driving process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborating with the senior operations team to address and resolve any production challenges.
- Ensuring a safe, efficient work environment with a focus on quality and compliance.

What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in a production management role, with a focus on production planning and efficiency analysis.
- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and guide a team to meet KPIs.
- Excellent organizational skills with a data-driven approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards within manufacturing environments.
