We are working with a specialist niche Project Management consultancy specialising in the Project Management of Hotels and Leisure refurbishments. They are currently seeking dynamic and motivated Project Managers to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates operating at anything from Surveyor to Associate level who are eager to make an impact on high-profile projects across these sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of challenging and exciting projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. These projects will be with household names.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and oversee multi-disciplinary teams, driving excellence at every stage.
  • Lead stakeholder communication, resolving challenges and ensuring project objectives are met.

Key Requirements

  • Be experienced in project management within the property or construction sectors. Ideally working within hotels and leisure previously.
  • Possess strong knowledge of project delivery processes, from inception to completion.
  • Have exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate ambition, with a proven track record of working in Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, or Associate level roles.
  • MRICS/MAPM ideally.
