Rare Of Pay : £200 per day ( £25.00 ph ) plus holiday pay , PAYE

THE ROLE: This is a part time role for an experienced Building Surveyor / Estates Surveyor / Project Manager to join our client on a contract basis for an initial 5 month period. An extension beyond this is certainly a possibility. The client is flexible on the days worked so long as there is an established pattern.

You will responsible for the management of a number of projects simultaneously across the Yorkshire region. They will be at various stages so your involvement will vary across each project. Some of the work involves the refurbishment and extension of office space

The Estates Surveyor / Project Manager role will be a mix of time in the office , site visits and working from home. Working 3 days per week.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Previous experience working as either a Building Surveyor , Estates Surveyor or Construction Project Manager
  • Strong organisational ability
  • Minimum HND /HNC level qualification in Construction or another relevant subject
  • Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Able to use all Microsoft Office applications competently
  • Knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations
  • Significant experience of managing live building projects and managing the programme of work agreed
  • Representing the client at meetings and attend site meetings from inception through to the end of defects period of any project.
  • Raising Works Orders, review progress of work, approve and certifying invoices for work completed in accordance with delegated powers
  • Full driving licence
