My client has a prestigious city centre project they require a Project Manager to deliver. They specialise in large scale luxury design and build residential projects. The Project Manager they are looking for will have a stable work history and have a strong build background. Experience working for a main building contractor on ideally residential projects with values of 20million plus.
The project is around the total value of £50 million. My client pride themselves on building and designing buildings which leave a lasting impression on those who use the facilities. As an experience Project Manager, you will have proven project delivery. Will an excellent health and safety track record, these complex schemes require a strong Project Manager.
They are looking for Project Managers that want to develop and progress in their careers, they can offer career development opportunities within the business structure.The Project Manager they are looking for, will have proven working history of delivering projects from inception through to completion.
They are looking for well experienced Project Managers with stable working history who are looking for longevity in a position. Desirable for candidates with MCIOB or degree qualified.
