Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee building projects from delivery to completion.
- Manage multidisciplinary consultancies and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Lead the design process with a focus on buildability and efficiency.
- Prepare and manage detailed design and procurement programmes.
- Chair design and technical meetings, ensuring alignment with budget, programme, and technical constraints.
- Identify and manage design-associated risks and value engineering opportunities.
- Coordinate subcontractor design processes and approvals.
