Our client is an ambitious, fast-growing Independent Connection Provider (ICP) delivering cutting-edge EV charge point infrastructure. They're looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a range of exciting projects. You'll oversee the entire lifecycle of installations, from initial design through to commissioning, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting standards.

• Full Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from feasibility through to completion, ensuring all technical and regulatory requirements are met.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, DNOs, contractors, and other partners.
• Budget and Schedule Oversight: Maintain control over project timelines and costs, delivering efficient and successful outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Implement robust processes to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and introduce process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.

• Experience: 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within ICPs, EV infrastructure, renewable energy, or utilities sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of DNOs, ICP operations, and charge point technology.
• Qualifications: PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certifications. An engineering or technical background is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: A collaborative leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
