My client, a well-established construction consultancy in Central London, are searching for a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is an amazing opportunity to work with high-profile clients across diverse sectors, focusing on early-stage project development and design management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive NEC contract experience and a strong background in buildings projects. Working in a hybrid model (3 days office-based), you'll lead a talented multi-disciplinary team while serving as the primary client contact.

Your Impact:

  • Drive project success from conception through delivery, with particular emphasis on front-end planning and design management
  • Lead client relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee complex multi-disciplinary teams across both internal and external consultants
  • Manage project controls, financial oversight, and risk management across all RIBA stages
  • Spearhead procurement strategies and contract administration
  • Champion value engineering and innovation through workshop facilitation
  • Develop new business opportunities and contribute to winning bids

The Successful Candidate Will Bring:

  • Proven track record in project management within the built environment, ideally from a consultancy background (minimum 5 years)
  • Strong expertise in NEC contracts (ECC and PSC forms) and JCT contracts
  • Comprehensive understanding of building technology and construction methodologies
  • Professional qualification in construction, engineering, architecture, or project management (HNC/HND minimum)
  • Professional membership with RICS, CIOB, or CIBSE (desirable)
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and project management software

Essential Requirements:

  • UK right to work with 3+ years UK residency
  • Ability to obtain SC level security clearance
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills
