An excellent opportunity for a Project Manager from an engineering background to step up into a Senior role for a global leader, where you will take the lead on larger, complex projects as well as leading a team of Project Managers.

On offer is this highly autonomous and varied role with a rapidly growing business. You will become the go-to expert, playing a key role in the company's success.

These global leaders are renowned within their specialist industry, working with some blue-chip companies within the oil and gas industry. Due to continuous growth, and further plans of expansion, they are now looking for an expert to join their team.

In this hybrid and varied role, you will be tasked with overseeing the Project Management department, leading a small team of Project Managers. You will also take the lead on large-scale and future focused projects, reporting directly back to the Project Director.

This would suit a PM / Senior PM from an engineering background, looking for the opportunity to take the lead on complex projects and manage a small team, for a global company.

The Role:

• Managing a team of Project Managers.
• Take the lead on Multiple larger-scale projects from start to finish.
• Hybrid.

The Person:

• Project Management experience from an engineering background.
• Good Mechanical and Electrical understanding.
• Full UK driving license, and commutable to Norfolk.
