I'm recruiting for a leading real estate services firm seeking a motivated and organized Surveyor - Assistant Property Manager. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build their career in property management while providing comprehensive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full administrative support, including managing phone calls, filing, reports, and office supplies.
  • Assist with lease administration, database updates, and ensure accurate property documentation.
  • Prepare and manage bid proposals, service contracts, and vendor agreements.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including overseeing furniture logistics.
  • Oversee work orders, purchase orders, and maintain the Tenant Service Package.
  • Process invoices and compile financial reports according to company policies.
  • Ensure tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance are current.
  • Participate in contractor oversight and conduct regular property inspections.
  • Support budget preparation and assist with monthly financial reporting.
  • Maintain and update office procedures in the Property Operations Manual.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in real estate property management or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational abilities, ability to meet deadlines, and demonstrate initiative.
