Internal Communications Specialist - 12-month FTC

We are working with a global B2B organisation who are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Specialist. The role is pivotal in fostering a strong, engaged and informed workforce. Reporting into the Head of Internal Communications you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

Message Development: Craft clear, concise, and impactful messaging that resonates with employees at all levels.
Channel Management: Oversee and optimise various internal communication channels, including intranet, email, newsletters, town halls, and social media platforms.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, such as articles, videos, infographics, and presentations, to engage employees and share important information.
Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and build a strong company culture.
Change Management: Support organisational change initiatives by effectively communicating updates and addressing employee concerns.
Measurement and Analysis: Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Background

Experience in internal communications gained working in a global B2B organisation
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using various communication tools and technologies.
Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A skilled communicator and a passionate advocate for employee engagement.
