We are working with fantastic high street fashion retailer who are seeking a Ladieswear Buyer who have with exceptional flair and a true passion for the product.

Competitive salary plus package (relocation package available)

Looking to speak to buyers must have previously bought ladieswear for a major high street fashion retailer who will have a full knowledge of current trends and fabrics.

High volume, fashion forward experience along with world sourcing familiarity is ideally preferred.

Excellent communication and people skills are also essential.This company offers a forward thinking positive environment.

Key Responsibilities as Buyer-

Creating buying plans for departments while ensuring profitability by maintaining and building customer focused category lines

Work with merchandising to develop range plans that maximise sales opportunities.

Constantly review social media, catwalk and competitor set to identify new product opportunities.

Manage the product critical path identifying priorities and ensuring samples are delivered against key deadlines.

Weekly and monthly trading performance, identifying opportunities to drive sales growth and promotion.

Present proposed new and repeat product buys to directors to achieve sign off.

Monitor and analyse returns with technical team to identify lessons learnt and risk to profit.

Management of the buy plan ensuring product details are accurate, and imagery is captured to allow product set up.

Support the creative team with product schedules.

Work closely with the social media outreach team to achieve features for new product ranges and lines supported with stock.

Ensure the development of process and systems is continuous to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
