Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Projects
Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Office-based, 3 days per week, with flexibility for travel and overnight stays as required

About the Role:
Anderselite is recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience working on Ministry of Justice (MOJ) prison projects. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all contractual and financial aspects, including cost value reporting, final account negotiations, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contractual and financial aspects of MOJ projects
- Conduct cost value reporting and monitor financial progress
- Oversee procurement and commercial management to support project delivery
- Negotiate with clients and contractors to achieve project goals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience with MOJ prison projects
- Proficiency in cost value reporting and financial management
- Strong negotiation skills for client and contractor engagement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel and stay overnight as required

Software and Tools:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project)

Qualifications:
- BSc(Hons) in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
