What you'll be doing?
The provision of commercial support to Multi-Disciplinary Teams, including Project Management, Planning and Trades, from kick-off meeting to final account.
Preparation of field change Cost Advice for Industrial and Construction based contracts; based upon Bills of Materials and applying project norms and utilization and effectiveness factors; &/or time & material records.
Carrying out site visits, safety stand downs, identification of change events, contribute to Change Management Database.
Assisting with final account close out of Task Orders of Defined Cost on this NEC Alliance Contract based Contract.
Supporting the Application for Payment process for partner collation costs in submission to the client on a Monthly basis.
Supporting the weekly cost report from Power Bi for responsible Task Orders. Alert any discrepancies to Senior Commercial Manager - Area Leads.
Monitoring planned v actual, including progress monitoring, challenging Norms, utilization times, managing, controlling and mitigating delays, output reporting.
What you'll need?
Understanding Contract Management such as NEC
Familiarisation with CEMAR
Support of Early Warnings and compensation events
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
Security Cleared (or the ability to gain SC Clearance)
