Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial assistance to project teams.
  • Review terms and conditions during the tender stage.
  • Conduct monthly progress valuations of projects.
  • Submit timely and accurate variations.
  • Monitor site progress and identify any delay events.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Attend site visits and client meetings.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the fire protection sector is preferred; experience in the construction services industry is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Full clean driving licence.
