Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial assistance to project teams.
- Review terms and conditions during the tender stage.
- Conduct monthly progress valuations of projects.
- Submit timely and accurate variations.
- Monitor site progress and identify any delay events.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Attend site visits and client meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in the fire protection sector is preferred; experience in the construction services industry is required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Full clean driving licence.
