This fast-growing and award winning financial services organisation is looking for a People Services Team Leader to help them deliver exceptional support to approximately 4,000 colleagues and managers across the organisation. About the Role:

As a People Services Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated team, focusing on driving excellence in customer service and ensuring a positive colleague experience. You'll lead, motivate, and develop your team while handling a high volume of work efficiently. This role requires strong multitasking and prioritization skills to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive excellent customer service through various channels, promptly resolving queries.
  • Organise and coordinate daily tasks for your team, balancing workloads across activities.
  • Ensure quality in all communications and adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives, maximizing the use of technology.
  • Collaborate with the wider People team to enhance employee engagement and support.
  • Oversee people administration related to acquisitions and administer key company benefits.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
  • Strong organisational skills to plan, delegate, and prioritize in a high-volume setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to improvements.
  • Attention to detail in managing people data and communications.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification would be ideal
