Commercial Property Manager
Relocation to Dublin
€80,000 + bonus and benefits.

Overview:
This is a leading food retail organisation with a portfolio of over 200 units across the Republic of Ireland. As they continue to grow and develop their in house property team, they are now looking to appoint a Commercial Property Manager who will take on the management of their diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team responsible for the management of a large portfolio of retail units where our client act as the landlord.
Carrying out proactive day to day property management including involvement in negotiating re-gears, surrenders and lease renewals.
Liaise closely with external partners including landlords, developers, tenants, property professionals and legal business partners.
Carry out budget management and value engineering activities.
Managing service charges and rental payments.

Person Specification:

Ideally RICS or SCSI qualified or a proven track record in retail property management either from a property consultancy or clientside organisation.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property management including retail property experience.
Direct operational experience and knowledge of property & lease management.
Comfortable identifying opportunities and negotiating re-gears, lease renewals and surrenders.
Strong attention to technical detail allied to a proactive self-starter approach.
Either already based in the Dublin area or open to relocating.
Able to travel within the region of the portfolio.
