Marc Daniels is recruiting for a Property Finance Manager (Fully Remote) to join a market leading company

If you have finance experience with handling rents and rates, then this role is perfect for you.

This is a fully remote 6 month contract role with a high possiblity to be made permanent

Responsibilities:

Preparation of accurate and timely management accounts and board reports
Taking responsibility for key accounting processes and deliverables, balance sheets, cash flow, budgets, and forecasts
Responsible for all finance functions relating to rents and rates.
Overseeing financial people, processes, and systems; ensuring the finance team works effectively and accurately; suggesting improvements to increase efficiency

Our ideal candidate will:

Have finance experience relating to properties
Minimum 2-3 years experience preparing management accounts
Part/fully qualified in ACCA or CIMA
Accurate with a strong attention to detail
Able to handle multiple duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience would be beneficial.
