TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appointStock Condition Surveyorson a6MONTHCONTRACTstartingASAPin/around theESSEXarea to surveyOVER1000PROPERTIES.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software (NOTUS POCKET SURVEY)

Outside IR35 rolePaid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks - VERY GOOD RATES
Over 1000 properties to be surveyed -STOCK CONDITION ONLY
Properties located in/aroundthe Essex area (Colchester, Chelmsford and surrounding areas)
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties - CONTACT NUMBERS PROVIDED FOR TENANTS
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
6MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
