TSASurveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appointStock Condition Surveyors and EPC ASSESSORSon a5 MONTH CONTRACT starting LATE JAN/EARLY FEB.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software

Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats and Blocks
100% GUARANTEED ACCESS - ACCOMPANIED VISITS
Over 50000 properties to be surveyed -STOCK CONDITION SURVEYS AND EPCs
Propertieslocated in/around- PLYMOUTH UPTO NEWCASTLE
MUST BE A QUALIFIED DEA
WILLING TO TRAVEL ACROSS THE UK.
BOOKED APPOINTMENTS BY THE CLIENT
BASIC DBS REQUIRED
EXPENSES PAID - MILEAGE AND ACCOMMODATION
