Whats the gig?

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Education Recruitment Consultants of all levels.Youll be helping teachers and teaching assistants find their perfect school homes and trust us, its as rewarding as it sounds!

What you'll do (besides sipping great coffee in the coolest spots):Be the connector Build solid relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to understand their needs and deliver recruitment magic.

Hunt top talent Use your networking ninja skills to find, screen, and match superstar educators ready to make a classroom impact.

Guide and support Walk hand-in-hand (virtually, of course!) with teachers and schools throughout the process, ensuring smooth transitions and happy classrooms and when the time is right conduct site visits to watch your success unfold!

What we need from you:

Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 year of experience (in education or any other sectorno worries, well train you if you're switching!).
A passion for education and a love of people, youre a natural relationship builder.
Flexibility, resilience, and a knack for solving problems.
