Join our Reed team in Belfast as a Recruitment Consultant within the Hospitality division. You will be joining an existing team of successful recruiters where your focus will be on finding excellent candidates for permanent and temporary roles within the Hospitality and leisure roles across Belfast and surrounding areas.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Develop new and existing client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs and develop these into long-term profitable partnerships.
  • Engage in some level of business development and account management activities.
  • Develop a strong candidate pipeline to meet client requirements.
  • Business development and networking to bring on new clients in the local market.
  • Managing the administrative and compliance of our temporary workers.
  • Shift management and booking.
