Join our Reed team in Belfast as a Recruitment Consultant within the HR division. You will be joining an existing team of successful recruiters where your focus will be on finding excellent candidates for permanent and temporary roles within the HR market across Belfast and surrounding areas.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • This is a very candidate driven market meaning a big focus will be on engaging HR candidates to then work with mostly warm and engaged clients.
  • Develop new and existing client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs and develop these into long-term profitable partnerships.
  • Engage in some level of business development and account management activities.
  • Develop a strong candidate pipeline to meet client requirements.
  • Business development and networking to bring on new clients in the local market.
