Are you an experienced recruiter with a good track record but wish to work in a more flexible way?
This is a recruitment business with a difference The opportunity will allow you to work when you want, from wherever you want. They truly want to reward you for your success and will pay 50% commission on the placements that you make, so the offering is both lucrative and flexible.
Each employee is an experienced recruiter specialising within their own niche and working independently but having the advantage of being part of a knowledgeable team with a common goal, so you will have colleagues who can support you when you need it.
The business doesnt use KPIs and wont be managing your daily activity, but instead will help you build your database, manage your back-office admin, and support and coach you in areas where you may need assistance. This will leave you free to handle the day-to-day recruitment process, bill well and develop business relationships.
This role will suit an ambitious, driven recruiter who wants the opportunity to work as part of a team whilst independently carving out a niche.
You must have worked as a recruitment consultant for a minimum of 4 years and have a proven track record within your chosen sector.
In return, they offer a starting basic salary of up to £35k, commission and fully flexible working. Yr1 OTE £80K+ and Yr2 OTE £110K+
