In this role, you will play a vital part in upholding product quality and regulatory standards, while providing key technical support to internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet internal standards as well as external regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and BRC requirements.
* Technical Support: Offer efficient, expert advice to internal teams and external customers on food safety and compliance issues.
* Continuous Improvement: Support ongoing improvements in quality processes, working closely with the Food Safety and Compliance Manager.
* Quality Culture: Promote a strong quality-focused culture among stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
* QMS Oversight: Oversee the Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure their proper implementation in accordance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
* Vendor Assurance: Ensure robust internal quality systems and supplier assurance processes are maintained.
* Compliance: Stay up-to-date on food safety regulations and ensure the company complies with all industry standards and best practices.

Key Requirements:

* Experience with HACCP (HACCP Team Leader or HACCP Member of the Team), GMP, and BRC standards.
* Proven experience in a food safety/quality assurance role, with a strong understanding of regulatory and legislative compliance.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Experience in driving continuous improvement and maintaining robust internal quality systems.

Your role will involve liaising with various departments across the site, good communication skills at all levels is essential.
This is a group role and involves some travel to sites.
