SJ Sourcing are currently partnered with a Medical Device company who are one of the industry leading companies the Diabetes medical device space. Looking for a New Sales Representative/Business Development Manager to drive sales within their expanding team.


No former sales experience required but a fantastic opportunity to get into this field!


We are supporting their search for an enthusiastic, organised, compassionate and motivated candidate with a keen interest in this space, who is eager to learn and develop within an outstanding organisation.


The position:

?Full time, Permanent

??Territory:Gloucestershire, South Wales, Hereford, Worcester

??Base salary up to £50,000 + OTE £14,000 bonus + Car allowance + More benefits

??60/40 or 70/30 travelling


Core Job Responsibilities:

- Introducing their products to healthcare professionals and driving sales into secondary and primary care

- Virtually training patients and nurses on how to correctly use company products

- Build and maintain relationships in the assigned territory


Candidates will have:

- A degree!

- Engaging, confident, polite and strong personality with excellent communication skills
