About our Client

We are working with a grower and packer of bedding and pot plants based in Ireland, They have their own creative NPD team that drives sales with their leading-edge designs of bespoke living gifts.

About the Role

This senior management position will work closely with the creative director to set the NPD strategy for individual customers, you will manage the process from concept to launch and ensure the product hits commercial aspirations, you will help with the sourcing of hardware from the Far East and Europe.

The Ideal Candidate

For this creative NPD role, you will ideally have previous experience in managing a major food/garden retailer and a passion for indoor and outdoor plants.

You will be able to work effectively with a number of stakeholders and points of contact throughout the supply chain. You will be proficient in MS Office suite and have plenty of freedom to bring your creative talents to life and bring new products to commercial reality.
