As F&B Director you will be overseeing the F&B outlets along with training and developing the heads of department.

About the position

Responsible for a smooth running of all the F&B outlets along with the private events
Manage and train staff to the highest level
Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
Assume responsibility of the operations and financial results
Reporting into the Assistant General Manager

The successful candidate

Experience working in a similar luxury hotel or venue
A strong understanding of operations, forecasting and budgets
A high level of customer service
Experience with VIP guests
High volume experience
Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink

Demonstrate a strong commercial and financial acumen
