The property is a vibrant country house, set in acres of woodland and providing stunning views of the countryside.

The interior is beautifully appointed, tastefully celebrating original features such as exposed wooden beams while creating a modern and comfortable environment in the restaurant, with large windows offering excellent views and creating a bright, open dining area, as guests dine in luxury.

They are looking for somebody to take ownership of the restaurant to attract none hotel guests to the restaurant so it's a lovely role for somebody who wants a challenge and to put their stamp on somewhere.

For this role it is essential that you have a Restaurant Management background within a high level restaurant or hotel.

You will be a hands on leader, capable of motivating and inspiring your team to provide excellent service.

As Restaurant Manager you will:

Have a solid restaurant background of working within similar establishments
Have excellent knowledge of food and wine and be a real people person, able to build up good relationships with regular clientele
Possess excellent attention to detail and have a passion for the industry
Be a hands-on restaurant manager, committed to providing an excellent level of customer service
Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation and leading your team by example at all times
